Søren is responsible for establishing Category Management for the IT and Banking category within the Danske Bank Group. Including 23 employees as part of a global procurement team mainly based in the Nordics and Baltics, and categories such as IT (SW, HW, Services/Consultants and Telco) and Banking (market - and credit data, financial infrastructure, payments and cards). Realizing significant savings and developing skills, competencies and execution capabilities amongst the entire team, including disciplines like Category Management, Contract Management and Vendor Management.
